Service Status: Fri 16th March: BING issue. It appears that Bing is currently conducting some AB testing (or similar) on different algorithms at certain data centres. In worst cases this is cancelling out all rankings in BING for some reports so while we continue to monitor the situation, we expect (hope!) that these 'faulty' instances of Bing will eventually be phased back out. Sat 3rd March 1000hrs: Yahoo issue reported yesterday - changes have been made to the Interwebbing application so Yahoo positions are now reporting correctly. Friday 2nd March: [RESOLVED 3rd March] It appears that Yahoo UK and Yahoo UK (all) results have been adversely affected by a change to the SERPs layout. Our developer is investigating this and we hope to have a resolution shortly. Wed 15th Feb 1920 GMT: Google issue repported below now resolved. Reporting was suspended for 36 hours, but has now been restarted on all servers. Backlog of reports were cleared within 24 hours. Monday 13th February: [RESOLVED 15th February] Google have changed the layout of their results pages causing rankings to be misreported. Updates are being actively developed and will be rolled out across the Interwebbing application as soon as possible to get reports working again. This may take several days to complete after which reports will be re-run on request. Apologies for any inconvenience.
